I have this painting, and i wanna know something about it, alm i know is that it is from norwegin

How do you know it's from Norway? Try to take a good photo of the signature and even a photo from the backside of the painting including the frame.
Perhaps someone in here could give you an answer then.

It is an amateur painting possibly inspired by Anders Zorn.
It is of poor quality, but the frame is nice.
